  • So much to see here, an old orange orchard converted to a rainforest experience. You can visit the wildlife sanctuary area, the Palmagiri Aboriginal Experience, with its boomerang/ Spear throwing arenas and dance amphitheatre. Theres the tropical fruit tree orchard walk and Lake, the Army duck rainforest tour and Outback bbq lunch venues. An overall huge days outing.

  • The "Rainforestation Nature Park" is a must visit!! It is great value for money when you book the package including the park, the ride on the army duck and the aboriginal experience. The park is great and has a very relaxed feel. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Smaller than other parks, however, the park tour which is offered was very informative! You learn a lot about the animals in the park which was great fun. There is a kangaroo feeding area which was also great fun (and there is lots of other animals to explore in the park). The army duck ride was also very great fun! You will go on a ride through the forest area and learn a lot about native plants. Then the army duck turns into a boat which is a great and fun experience. Don't miss out on this piece of history - the army ducks in the park are original army ducks from world war 2. The aboriginal experience is perhaps a bit more on the casual side, however, very fun and very informative. After the show, you will get an introduction to throwing boomerangs, how to play the didgeridoo and spear throwing. All three activities were very informative and fun, especially since the groups are small. We had a great day and package is really great value for money!

  • The duck trip was fun and informative. The aboriginal dancing was funny and interesting to watch. We enjoyed throwing the boomerang, learning about the didgeroo and watching the spear throwing. My 8 year old was very impressed.
